Lost my data from Suunto App
I called to Suunto Customer support last week about the issue with syncking data from Suuto App to Strava. They instructed me to login to the SportsTracker in order to see the my workouts in webportal. After the instructions given by support I logged into SportsTracker site last friday. When logging in I needed to ask for new password since I did not remember my Suunto App pswd. When I logged to ST I did not see my workouts there. Well, then I went and opened my Suunto App, and what do you know I have lost all of my workouts from Suunto App as well.
If someone knows what to do to retract my data, please advice.

I´m logging in with the same username and password. However I cannot really say if they are the same or not.
As I decribed I needed to request new password to ST sice I did not remember my Suunto App password.

Ok, I will do so.
Intresting thing is that I can see my over 6 years old data there only. Actually I can see those now in my Suunto App as well. I was using sportstraker way back then. I will call support and ask for help.
When you started using Suunto App, did you use your old SportsTracker account to log in or registered as a new user?
Registration made through Suunto App should result with confirmation mail with you username and e-mail from email@example.com . And if you find that mail, it’s also indication that you are having at least 2 different accounts.
