Workouts do not sync from Spartan trainer to Suunto app (but other data does)?

Hi,
a newbie here on the forum and would love to get some feedback to my problem. Tried searching the discussions and Suunto manuals and FAQs but could not find answers. My workouts from my watch (Spartan Trainer wrist hr) do not sync to the Suunto app but all other data does (daily steps, calories, sleep). I have synced the watch to the app manually and the app says it’s synced just now but the workouts are nowhere to be seen (in the Suunto app nor Sportstracker). I do not have Movescount so that should not mess the situation either.
Any ideas what should I do? The watch and the app are up to date.

CAn you help a bit with what you mean that they do not sync? Is the logbook empty?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thanks, I’ll try to be more precise. The logbook in the watch has all the workouts listed but the data has not synced/transferred to the app so that i cannot see the workouts and their data from the app (the last workout in the app is over a month ago even though there has been several workouts per week). Before I used to see all the workouts listed in the app and I could compare their data, for example the speed on a certain bile route etc. The app and the watch are connected since I can access all my sleep and step data in the app but for some reason none of the data concerning my workouts is transferred.

@Elina-Rydman In the logbook in the watch, the symbol of every activity is it grey or colored?

just in case, did you update the watch and did not sync before ?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I had tried syncing the watch many times without success as far as the workouts go but then I had to take it to maintenance (to repair the broken wrist band) and they may have updated the watch then. But as said this has been going on a long time, I just haven’t been using the app but only now wanted to make some use of it

@Elina-Rydman Ok. If you do one activity now does it work?
And the colored ones if you open them on the watch do they have charts? If not that means there are wiped via an update etc .

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thank you very much for all the help. I tried doing a mock up workout now and it seems to work (syncs to the app). The previous workouts, coloured ones, do not have charts so I guess I have ”lost” them in a way that I can’t get them to the app anymore…

Correct, those activities are one shown now on the watch, but not data to sync anymore.
