Exporting from Movescount takes 30 days?

In trying to get all of my data out of Movescount (following the instructions here: https://www.suunto.com/en-us/Content-pages/digital-service-transition/ ) once clicking on the “Export all your data” button, I receive a message below the button that says I will receive an email with a download link within 30 days?
This can’t be right - I mean, does this for some reason require human intervention, or ? Has anyone exported from Movescount and can speak to their experience?

@quarkdoll it happens automatically and that is a safe time-window depending on how much data you have eg pictures and so on. For me it was a couple of hours with about ~2K activities.

@quarkdoll if you have delays to something unacceptable (eg more than a day) please report back. How many moves do you have if I might ask?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I wasn’t able to find a total overview for all moves - but it’s got to be less than 300 in the past year (max would be 6 moves per week, and many weeks did not hit that many) and I have a hazy memory of me trying the storage of a few dozen several years ago.

Is this something about exporting the Movescount data to SA or something different?
As I understood that we would receive a notification in SA and that would be done from SA. -
@NicolasP , it’s different. It’s just a mass-export
for your own use,was introducedappeared somewhere in last June or July. -
