Please consider that accounts MC and SA are not really āconnectedā but more consider that you have triggered the āOneShot full transferā from MC to SA.
No new moves from movescount will be transfered, it is not a connection, not a sync link.For your case, only support can analyze your missing moves and see what to do.

@Mff73 I contactet support 3 months ago. Every month they get back to me thanking for my patience and asking the same questions:
OS version
Suunto App version
Movescount version
etc.
Theyāve done nothing so far to help me. Iām afraid thereās no way to transfer missing moves from Movescount to Suunto App. Iām very dissapointed with their support and Iām considering changing my watch and buying some product from competition as Iāve lost my moves, anyhow. I donāt understand their attitude to their customers. Somebody buys a Suunto device, uses it, they change software, you loose your moves and what they say? They donāt care -

Iām not sure if the complete upload of MC history to SA is āalreadyā open for Ambit seriesā¦ but when I was still using my Ambit only, I noticed anything before 2018 was not loaded into SA.
I would not worry too much yet.
You still see your data in MC, right? -

bad news means MC to SA transfer is completed for Ambit watches, too? I did not catch that as I upgraded to S9B and got the upload imediately.how about creating a second SA account and give it another try?

Not possible : MC account is now flagged as āSyncedā and it is only one shot.
