Another Nokia?

I have been using Suunto for quite a long time and got a Ambit 2 as a gift. Now it simply be useless? There’s no way after the transition to transfer the information to the computer? And with this i mean after the ending of movescount. So what are the options?
This is absolutely unfair to suunto customers if ends this way -
Its still 1,5 years before the earliest shutdown of Movescount. What comes in the next 1,5 years we still don’t know, and I can’t believe Suunto let the ones with older watches stand in the rain.
