Can we expect it to release for Race/Vertical etc?

Always default watchface comes to other watches, few days after new watch release. Almost for sure V1/R1 get too.

@Steven-Hambleton yes (not sure about V1 though bc of different screen and different FW version)

@Tami999 I have asked it about previous WF. It’s not automatic, not all watches can get new WF…

@Wilson75 so sometimes a particular watch face needs at least version X of the firmware to work, because different versions support different complications.
Now, it could be that this is really incompatible with Vertical, because Vertical is still on 2.53.x, or it could be just a mistake. Will need to ask someone.

I played a bit with the Suunto Plus SDK a few months ago, and I think it’s more related to the screen type/size. As far as I understand, a watch face has multiple files, one for each display resolution, so Suunto would have to spend time developing this WF specifically for the Vertical 1. The AMOLED screens share the same file, so I think it’ll come to the Race 1, but not the Vertical - which is pretty disappointing, but I hope I’m wrong.

@evnorth it is not only display size, but also certain graphocal elements (complications) that have been added with later firmwares.
