End to End Test Plus App with Suunto App

My App requires Settings done in the Suunto App for testing. But when I enable App Sync the Development Build will be erased. Is there any way to get around that as its a limiting factor for Real QA testing.
If not is there a possibility to bring it on the Backlog for the Suunto Developer Experience.
i.e. Provision development Build to User Account on Phone App for full E2E testing.
