Hello everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help me.
I own a Suunto Ambit Peak and my account dates back to the Movescount era.
For years everything worked fine with SuuntoLink, but now I’m being forced to change my password before I can log in.
The problem is that I cannot even start the password reset process.
When I click “Reset password”, I immediately get the following error message:
“An error occurred while resetting your password. Please try again later.”
No reset email is ever sent.
Here is what I’ve already tried:
Safari and Google Chrome
Private browsing mode
Different computers
Waiting several days before trying again
The result is always exactly the same.
Because of this, I cannot log into SuuntoLink and I cannot synchronize GPX routes to my Ambit Peak.
Has anyone experienced this with an old Movescount account? Is there a way to have the account repaired or to contact someone at Suunto who can actually investigate the issue?
