After night watch cannot connect to phone

Hi,
Everything had been working fine since I bought the watch last year. However, I am now experiencing a connection issue between the watch and my phone in the morning (I don’t use the sleep tracker, so the watch just sits on the table all night).
When I put the watch on in the morning, it doesn’t connect to my phone automatically. I have to manually open the app and wait a long time for it to reconnect. -
I started having a similar problem about a week ago. I use airplane mode on my watch. The watch always connected to the phone immediately after turning it off, but now it doesn’t. It won’t connect even when I launch the Suunto app. But turning Bluetooth off and on on my phone helps.
