Slow charging continued.

To continue the saga of my Vertical 2 slow charging, I’ve contacted Suunto and they are ‘reviewing’ my case with a 5-7 day timeframe.
I can’t even hard reset the watch as it hasn’t reached 40% battery. It was charging from 1900 to 0530 and went from 7% to 26%. Its now been stuck at 30% for an hour or so.
I read about Suunto’s poor customer service but I’m beginning to regret leaving Garmin.
