Media Contols widget

Maybe I am doing something wrong but Media Controls widget does not seem to be working.
So I am trying to play a playlist from Youtube Music. The title and artist of the track is being shown on Media Controls widget. Info about the length of track is also shown but remains 0:00/X:XX (whatever the total length of the track being played). The Next, Previous, Play icons remain greyed out and touchscreen does not work on them. Scrolling down (by pushing bottom button) to access them, and the volume option, through the middle button also brings no joy.
Also, when stopping the track from my mobile device and dismissing the playlist (phone shows ‘Nothing is playing’) the name of the last track that was played remains on the widget.
Suunto app has permission for Location, Music and Audio, Nearby devices, Notifications and Physical activity.
Mobile device is a OnePlus Nord 3.
What am I doing wrong? Or is this some kind of bug? The fact that the name of the last track played remains in widget even when mobile device is playing nothing may point to this being a bug.
Are there any similar experiences to mine? Can someone kindly point to me what I may be doing wrong?

@Wenzudeg A problem that has not been solved by Suunto for years.
And some people dream about Spotify or payments

Yeah, it is know bug. It works for some time, then suddenly stops working.
I have discoveder two temporary workarounds:- Turn off and turn back on the media controls in the activity settings. It sometimes helps.
- Kill the Suunto Application. I must kill the application running in the background, closing it is not enough. It works out the issue for me every time, but only for a limited time.

@maszop yes, I forced stopped it and now Media Controls are working EXCEPT the Volume control. Let’s see how long it will take to not work again.
