Upload old training sessions from third part apps

Hello everyone! I am a newbie in the suunto community. Is there a chance to get my previous training (through Apple Watch and Strava) into the suunto watch and app? I would be disappointed to lose all my progresses otherwise

@paolo-1 Use RunGap, it will upload all Apple Workouts or Strava to Suunto. You will have to pay a small fee and you can find RunGap in the App Store.
In the future add SportsTracker app to your iPhone and Apple Watch and connect the Apple Watch. SportsTracker is developed by Suunto and will automatically sync Apple workouts and SportsTracker workouts on the Apple Watch to the Suunto app. SportsTracker and Suunto app share the same database.
