Styd update Sync Vertical 2

I would like to buy the Vertical 2. I had the Race 2 in the past, but sold it because there was a synchronization problem between Suunto Power and Stryd Power this didn’t work properly. I’ve now seen that Stryd has released an update to improve synchronization with Suunto and Garmin. Has anyone tested this yet? Or is it still not working properly, is ther still a Power differance between Suunto Power and Stryd Power on the Suunto watches?
