      @used2knowme There is slightly. You’ll notice it if you use different settings a day.

      The screen brightness is dynamic, so it’s hard to compare

        This watch desperately needs a night mode. Please upvote my post in suggested features forum.

          @used2knowme I have no idea why your post has been downvoted. I certainly can’t see any difference, and if it is dynamic, that doesn’t work that well as the watch is way too bright at night.

            Just looked @ this with my new V2, it’s barely noticeable between high & med brightness imo, & for mine the high brightness is not high enough.

              I have for all time low brightness setting, but even in the dark the display lights up to the maximum. But not always, I haven’t figured out why it behaves like that

                Really hope Suunto can add a proper ‘Reduced Brightness’ mode for DND like Garmin does in the next update.

                  @C-D why for DND?
                  I use DND most time of the day during meetings etc. I would not want the display to be dimmed at the same time.

                    Having a night mode that turned based on DND or the sleep schedule would be pretty awesome. I find myself hiding my watch face early in the morning while my wife is still asleep and I am getting up.

                      I have same problem and it seems to me, that the watch remember “previous” ambient light and with next wake up, it lights up according to this value even if you’re in dark.

                      Just tested it and it’s exactly as I wrote. Put the watch under the light, wake it by wrist gesture (only for time show), wait for turn off, then go to dark and wake the watch by gesture or button and boom, my eyes are on fire😁.

                        @Egika I mean DND during the sleep schedule. Currently way too bright during the night.
