Ghost vibrations

Hey guys,
Since a few months, I’ve been having a lot of “ghost vibrations”.
The watch is on my wrist, and just vibrate, nothing happens on screen, i didn’t do anything to it, i didn’t do something specific, i didn’t receive a notification (and they are disabled anyway, just calls).
At first, I thought I was imagining things, but it happened way too many times, and way to “real” to be imagining it.
It sometimes happens several times per day, and I can’t find the cause, did it happen to you all ?
