Zone Sense - wrong bpm values
-
I’m having trouble with the ZoneSense app. I followed all the setup steps from the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r16TgEiGZTM&t=1s) and used an external HR sensor. However, even after an hour of running, I’m not getting any data. Could this be related to the sensor I’m using? I’m using a Polar Verity Sense (an optical forearm sensor) instead of a chest strap like the one shown in the video. Has anyone tried this specific setup, or is a chest strap mandatory for ZoneSense to work?

Yes, chest strap with R-R data is needed.

@tuxbuster
And polar verity sense doesn’t provide R-R data. -
@Squirrel Thanks for Info

My Vertical 2 shows “no apps activated” in my activity log. When I try to activate Zone Sense, I get the message “maximum number of Suunto apps activated”. Are you experiencing this problem too?

I can not activate apps.

Have you tried to restart the watch?
