Watch is busy but i am not doing anything but trying to sync ut

when i try and sync my watch through out the day it tell me to stop exercising when i am not doing anything. Has anyone happen to have a fix for this or is this a known issue ?

@Todd-Malizio not sure if I understand correctly, but Suunto watches cannot sync with the phone app unless you are on the main watch face. As soon as you go inside any watch menu, the phone app will tell you that the watch is busy and you have to exit any menu back to the watch face in oder to sync.
