Vertical 2 button not responding / Watch busy state

Suunto Vertical 2 Fw. 2.46.12
Have some issue about middle button / shortcut sometime didn’t response.
I check watch state in the app is busy, but push button up / down watch came back to normal.

This issue is software bug or hardware?

Happened after Hot fix with HR. Already posted in thread + others got that too on Reddit. I did rollback to previous version and everything is fine.
