"Distance to POI/end" cover the lowest field in all screens

Since a couple of FW versions (now on 2.44.52) the lowest field in all screens are always covered by the blue “Distance to POI/end” making it impossible to see, in my case, the “activity elapsed time” when following a route. This used to work on earlier FWs and only overlaying when I was close to the Checkpoint (POI). This is en custom sport mode, however it should not be like this.

@uddgren this has actually been broken for at least three FW versions, and I think ever since they introduced new routing (where it shows distance to waypoint and not next turn). After a while it just covers every screen.
Bit annoying to say the least.
