There's some problem loading your data

Hello,
Recently there has been a problem for my sunnto 7. First, it cannot read my heart rate and activities, second, it can connect google wear os, but cannot pair sunnto app on my android phone.
I do not want to factorize the watch, because there are still some activities not synchronized with my phone.
I am wondering if there are some methods to solve those issues, thank you very much for your help.
