Touch screen not responding

Hello All,
My Race’s touch screen does not react.
I have tried soft reset. I have tried to shut the watch down from the menu. Haven’t tried hard reset yet.I am actually not sure it ever worked. I only had the watch for 3 months.
Have any of You ever encountered this and do You know how to fix it?
