ZS baseline & cumulative
-
Hi,
although I can guess the meaning of cumulative, I would like to understand how these two values work, such as what it means when the baseline is greater than cumulative and vice versa. Also, what are the range of these values that suggest to me that I am improving, etc.?
E.g. these are values from a recent run, and the baseline is lower than the cumulative baseline (btw what is the purpose of all those decimal places?) . Does this mean that I am improving? Hints?
TIA

@Hari-Seldon those numbers both confuse me and keep amusing me. Being a big fan of the Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy I can remember
Marvin saying:“I can even work out your personality problems to ten decimal places if it will help.”
I guess I have bigger personality problems since my cumulative baseline was 0.49 and something after a 60 minutes cycling.

@BrunoH I searched the forum and read that these values should not be displayed at all, they will hide them again, it is a bug so nothing to worry about.
