      Hello everybody,
I am a new owner of the 9 peak pro. I tried in many ways to activate the tones, but the only thing that I can get is a vibration. And another thing: one of the most important things is an alarm for a CF too high, in general, not necessarily linked to a sport. thanks for your attention, Vincenzo

@vinci51 You can set Tones for buttons off or all off. You can also set vibration off if you want. In your settings.

I tried many times but no tones at all! Alarm, notifications etc only vibrations. Should I try a reset? Going back to fabric set up? Or I should send it back ?

@vinci51 What are your settings for Tones and Vibration?
If set like this you should hear tones when you press the buttons.IMG_1702.jpeg

Yes, this is exactly what I did, but I never heard any tone! I don’t understand it it is matter of hardware (in this case I will turn it back) or something else.

Not in the main menu. If I put my ear just upon the watch actually I can hear a very subtle sound, is it so low? Any way to increase the volume?

You may have a hardware issue.
