Very Disappointed with Suunto 7
I had this watch for three years and I cannot longer connect to WearOs by Google.
The screen is deffective.
This was my second and last watch by Suunto.
I was so very happy with my Ambit 2R that I decided to buy Suunto 7. Big Mistake! I believe these have been 300€ wasted… I should have gone for Garmin… deffinitely better. -
I understand your frustration, but all current watches have a completely different software, so that Suunto 7 tells you nothing about the current lineup…
And the watch cannot have been that bad if you had it for three years. 300€ in Garmin money would have been not even a Vivoactive 4 or a Forerunner 245.

I had exactly the same experience with my 7. It had one new screen under warranty but was out of warranty by the time it burnt the second time.
When it refused to stay connected to my phone I called it a day and bought a Race which is fantastic, and twice the watch the 7 ever was.
I think it was a misguided product from Suunto, but everyone makes mistakes and knowing what I know now I should never have bought it. Everyone makes mistakes though, and more than happy to buy another one.
