I recently found my good old Movesense BT sensor, that I was using with my Ambit 3 and tried to use it with my Race.
The sensor correctly pairs but then when I start recording I get only a graied out symbol of the HR belt with no HR readings.
The sensor I am talking about is:

I have also changed the battery and then asked my father for his Movesense (again aging in his drawer) but I am getting the same result.

Anyone knows if it is no longer supported?

Make sure it’s not in use by other watch/app

Very interesting input, I am measuring 1.5kΩ so the belt is not worn out!
I was about to buy a new one, thanks for the feedback

Not paired with my phone and both Ambit 3 and 9 Baro are off

no idea why it is not properly connecting for you, but it definitely is compatible.
Let’s continue tracking down your issue.
Flight mode off? (there are two switches)
HR belt selected in activity pre start options?

Did you try to pair it/them to any other apps or devices? Even the Suuntoapp itself…
You may also change the battery again (some are weak even if new, just in case).

                      Yes to both!

That helped! After connecting to the Suunto App I was able to get the HR reading starting the activity.

But I also noticed that connected with the Suunto App both sensors give me ~80bpm while the watch is ~60bpm and I am measuring ~60bpm manually.
I guess I will have to toss both Movesense sensors… In the end electronics does not age well, unlike a good red wine!
