S9P doesn‘t connect to Samsung mobile

Hi all,
since yesterday it‘s no more possible to connect the watch with the app on a Samsung mobile.
I tried all possibilities inclusive soft and hard reset, the app found the watch but when the app tries to connect, only a Message „Connection not establieshed cause of unknown reason“ (it‘s the sense because I‘ve translated the Message from German language).
Has someone an idea what I can do to get a connection to the Suunto app?

Short Information: a restart of the Samsung mobile has been solved the problem.
This was the only thing which wasn‘t done before I opened this post.
