      My Suunto Race is a month old and the HR monitor frequently stops measuring, at least once a week and requires a restart which is quite frustrating as it means my sleep isn’t recorded from time to time. I contacted support for them to tell me that there isn’t an issue with the Hardware and that there is an issue with the latest software update, 2.39.20, however after reading various posts on here, it seems like this issue has been experienced long before the latest software update? Suunto support were not able to tell me when the bug will be fixed or when a new software update will be released. I was recommended to install a previous software version but was advised that there were some risks associated with doing so. Has anyone done this?
