Update 2.39.34
-
@eseneve Yes, everybody who upgraded to 2.39.20 had this issue. You should now upgrade to 2.39.34 (which is actually a downgrade, as it’s likely a copy of the pre-2.39.20 with just the version number increased) and the problems should go away.
-
@enriqueescoms , as said in the Suunto app the new version is a downgrade to a previous version of the software to fix a critical issue caused by the latest update. This software is practically the same version as 2.37.48.

After the update my S9PP has battery drain issues e.g. I lost 19% in half a day. In the night the background light is going on lifting the arm even though DND is active. Background setting is low and light on lifting set off. Does anyone have similar problems?
-
@supergroover I didn’t experience anything similar. Did you check the “raise to wake” setting? Settings -> General -> Display -> Raise to wake
-
Is there a +/- ETA for the bugfix release? Like weeks or months?
-
@Francesco-Pagano Raise to wake is off, backlight low, standby off.
-
@supergroover and in control panel, is backlight also off?
-
@isazi After the updates I missed that there is another setting for backlight. In control panel backlight was on. That should reduce battery usage. Thank you very much.

I did a downgrade after the problems with 2.39.20 started and turned automatic updates of.
Yesterday morning I woke up with the watch telling me it has been updated.
The automatic updates are still of.
Weird
Well as it should be almost the same as the FW before 2.39.20 I expected just the usual glimpses like Autostop reseted and backlight but this time I had to restart the watch twice to get gps working again.
Anyway, will look forward for the next update. -
@Ecki-D seems like the same in modus „offline“. Doesn’t matter If you switch to online or offline. The watch always is online.
