HR Sensor Problem

Hi, I have a problem with my suunto peak 9 pro, lately (i presumed after the latest update) HR sensor doesn’t work properly. If I shutdown the watch and then turn it back on the sensor will start but after a while it shuts off again. why don’t they give a new update to resolve this problem?!
