Hey together, I’m really annoyed now. Suunto can’t get the photo problem - that old photos suddenly disappear - under control. You can’t reach the customer service. The chat box in German reports the error “no information for detailed help, please contact customer service.” In English there’s a message, that i can reach the service 24 h monday-Friday. So, today it’s Monday!!! How can i get help??? Is there an email? There used to be a service hotline, but it’s dead now. Who helps with problems? It’s not enough to keep selling new and more expensive watches. Thanks and happy christmas, Olli. PS. Suunto App 2.40.2(17627) , IOS 18.2 on iphone 14
