Suunto Rave succefully Sync but does not load activity.

Hi all,
I just logged in a run this morning. The watch in syncing correctly to the app multiple times, but the watch is not trying to load the activity, despite activity being saved to the watch and trying to sync multiple times.
Any idea of why this is happening or has anyone seen this before?

@Pier-Luigi-Cingolani do you have logged the same activity with multiple watches?
If you are sure that the same activity is not in Suunto App yet, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then try again. -
@Egika yeah definitely only one watch. Re installation worked, and actually highlated that another activity wasn’t loaded. What can this be due to?

I’ve noticed sometimes the iOS version of the Suunto App can sometimes “pretend” to sync where it looks like it has sync’d and says it has sync’d but the sync didn’t actually happen. If you watch the sync it never does the suuntoplus sync or the gps update - two stages that tend to take a few seconds so are noticeable. I found the fastest fix for this is to force-quit the app (the swipe up to kill action) and restart the app. I think disabling and re-enabling bluetooth does the trick too. It could be that is is what you experienced and why the sync didn’t work.
