iOS calendar notifications not come through on my 9PP

I have switched on notifications and customized all apps on my iPhone for which I want to receive a notification on my watch. The one I would like to see most is the calendar, but this one is not coming through on the watch. Everything else is. Any ideas why?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification). You'll also be able to save bookmarks and upvote posts to show your appreciation to other community members.
