Alarm not triggered
-
Firmware 2.37.34
Hardware 0827C1
Alarm set for: 0530, vibrate
Alarm configured ~2300
DND end: 0700
Expected outcome: watch vibrates at 0530
Actual outcome: watch did not alarm, either as an on-screen message or vibrate alertI woke up at 0527, so I know I didn’t sleep through the alarm.
I think I saw this for the last firmware, but couldn’t find anything for the current.

@Ze-Stuart I never followed up because it is difficult to prove that there is no user error, but in your case you were already awake. Mind sending logs?

I woke up at 0527, so I know I didn’t sleep through the alarm.so, you don’t need any alarm 🥳
-
@isazi yep! I’ll send them in ~15h, just got on a flight.
-
@Ze-Stuart do not worry, send them if it happens again, or if you find a way to replicate it. I have never had my alarm fail so far
-
@isazi logs uploaded anyway, at 22:48 UTC.
I’m motivated to help: if I’d missed my flight to SF today, because my alarm didn’t go off, I would have been quite unhappy! Selfish, I know.

there was a similar issue on my end in the past where I could replicate it on a s9p though

Whoever can either reliably reproduce the issue, or has the issue happening and can send logs right after it, can send me a PM. I tried and cannot reproduce it.
-
@isazi how fresh do the logs need to be? I think from your comment that the time between me sending logs and the event was too great, and the pertinent data was lost.
-
@Ze-Stuart as close as possible to the event happening
