Hi there, I used to have a S5P but after a service replacement that Suunto kindly offered me now I just got a brand new S9PP for free (thanks Suunto).
My sport is mainly pool swimming. My old S5P was really accurate in distance measurement but I can’t say the same about the S9PP. Ok maybe I need to get used to it or be more careful with my streamlining.
However this is not problem I would like to talk about here.
The main problem is that when my exercise is done, the syncing data to the app is strangely wrong. I see the data at the logbook of the watch and it is correct, but the data at the app is wrong in a strange way. For example my total distance is 2.6Km but the app says 2588km. Or, the total is 2.4Km and the app says 2399Km. I have 3 exercises with the new watch so far and they’re all like that. Also, the data sent from Suunto app to Strava is also wrong but different than the Suunto app! My watch is up to date. Anyone has an idea about this issue?
      Thanks in advance.
