Arrow issue Suunto 5

Dear all,
I have some troubles with my Suunto 5 watch.
When I connect it with the Suunto app (Android version, tested on Galaxy tab, Samsung / Motorola phone), I get after few moments a white arrow with blinking point.
The only solution I have found has been to plug the watch to a computer to restart it. However I cannot connect it for synchronisation on a phone as the arrow issue appears again and again. How to solve this issue ? ThHow have you solved the problem ?
I’ve checked thé firmware ans it seems to be the last version.Thanks for the help,
