      Hi,

      Can I download all the data from the Suunto app?

      Does it include sleep data too?

      If so, how can I go about doing that?

        There are lots of ways to export your data so it kind of depends what you want to do with it once you’ve exported it.

        You can select a single workout and then tap on the three dots at the top right to export as various formats like gpx and fit.

        You can (at least on apple devices) have suunto automatically export workouts and daily health info (sleep, steps, HR, calories etc.) to Apple Health (although it doesn’t export the gps track for workouts, annoyingly).

        You can link your Suunto account to any of over 100 different services and export your complete history and then auto-sync new workouts. I use Strava and Runalyze, for instance.

        Runalyze and Apple Health support the sleep data but I would say the format Suunto outputs for sleep is a little odd (Runalyze doesn’t handle it very well). I believe FitnessSyncer also supports the sleep data from Suunto.

          @far-blue Hi,

          I’m aware of single workout exports and connection with strava. I don’t have option with apple.

          the best prefered option would be to download all data and feed AI to analyze.

          Suunto support came back to me and suggested how to do it. I thought maybe there are better ways (where I don’t have to ask them)
