Suunto Maps (Mapbox) elevation data update for existing or imported routes

As we discussed in the other thread, we now have Suunto Climbing guidance, which is dependant on the proper elevation data in the planned routes. Older suunto elevation data was really bad, in some cases double of the ascent on the route. New elevation model is much better, but I have a lot of routes planned over the years.
Can we somehow update all of the routes to the new elevation data model? If yes - How? If no - when?
I know I can do it manually, but that would require a lot of time.Same applies to the routes planned in the other navigation apps (Kamoot, Fatmap, Wikiloc, etc) - can routes imported in the Suunto App from other sources be updated with new suunto elevation data?

Related to this (I hope): could SA add the altitude profile to GPX files that come without the altitude data? Examples are the German „D-Route“ cycle routes available from https://radroutenplaner-deutschland.de/veraDNetz_EN.asp – the Danube Route D6 does not have altitude data, for example.
