      Hello everyone,

I’ve had a Sunnto Race for about a month and it’s been flawless until now. Today, half way through a long run using a guided workout the screen froze after appearing to show a guided workout transition (although one was not due). The watch then restated so I started a new run. When I got home I synced the watch both portions of the run were recorded but as separate activities so at least I did not loose all the data.

At the time I was using a guided workout I had created on the Sunnto App. I was also using the CORE body sensor with Sunnto App. The RACE was also paired to a Polar H10 HR strap and Stryd Power Foot Pod.

Is there someone I can send some logs to so Sunnto can investigate? I ditched Polar due to watch crashes so really hope this will be a one off experience.

      Thanks

@superweeble send logs is in the all under settings for android, and maybe someone here closer to Suunto can follow it up too.
