Suunto Vertical first Anniversary : share to celebrate !

@krakra
we have decided to be happy with two kids
-
@krakra Wait some days… something is coming and S9PP will be deprecated…
-
@jjpaz I am quite sure S9PP is getting another firmware update (at least)

If the rumors are true, buying a new S9PP will no longer make sense with current price ranges. That’s compatible with new software updates for the sold devices, that’s perfect. And I hope S9PP will be supported longer than previous S9P.

@freeheeler yeah, same here. But now we are happy with three kids

-
@Likarnik
I would embrace this as a gift, too
-
@jjpaz my comment was just to say that, while I do not know Suunto’s strategy nor I work there, I have seen the next testing firmware for S9PP, so I assume it will receive this update in the future.

Holly crap ! Just realized i’ve missed the third anniversary of my SV ! I Hope 6 days later is not too late !!! HB Precious SV 1 !! It’s been plenty of adventures and keeps going like on first day with a bunch of updates !
(By the way : it’s still not possible to filter among watches used in statistics section, so can’t tell how much I really used it. A lot, for sure !)

@Tieutieu
still THE best watch suunto made, next to ambit3
-
@freeheeler my ambit 3 was great except multiple baro sensor failures ! SV1 is a beast !!
-
I enjoy both verticals and I have no problem reading them but for the summer season MiP is awesome.

Best Suunto watch so far (3 years anniversary), after t6c and Ambit 3 Vertical. It fully satisfied my need (I prefer having fartlek sessions over fine-grained training plans, so I am probably missing many advanced features). Never got a single crash. Just got disappointed by the OHR hardware quality.
