Itinerary deleted in the app bur not in the watch

Hello,
I deleted a lot of itinerary on the app (iOS).
Almost all were also deleted in the watch (Race) and I don’t know how to delete the last 3 itinerary still on the watch.
Can you help me ?

@Tony-Monteiro Oh yes, sometimes it happens. It’s a bit of a nuisance but hey, it has an easy solution.
You have to load tracks to the watch until you reach the allowable limit of the watch. In my 9PP I don’t remember well but I think there are 15 (or 10, I don’t remember well, the fact is that there aren’t many).
Those who have remained “ghosts” on the watch are displaced by these new ones and disappear. Then it’s time to disable again those that you have loaded to carry out this process.
