      Hi all.
I bought my Peak 5 watch a few months ago, since I have been curious about sport watches for some time. I’m doing the same routine as I have done for a number of years by now, I try and sleep 8h, usually +/- 30min, I do medium cardio training for 25-30min a few times a week and 15-20km rolling ski 1-2 times a week.

Before the TSB have never been above 10, usually around 5-6, but I had a irritating cough for a few weeks that prevented me from training at all, and during that period TSB went up to 23-26. Now when I started training again, TSB is plummeting again.

I have also noticed that the clock basically claims that I’m stressed most of the day, and I cannot say that I feel especially stressed.

Could this be because of some setting? Does it take some time before the system adjusts to my patterns or something similar?

Here is a screenshot of how it looks in the app.
