      Hi all,
      I am a S9PP user with 2.30.38.
At the 3/25 morning, I found my watch go to the restore screen (the device is being restored to a safe state).
      After reboot, I see a update screen…
Then followed by a restore screen…

      did anybody suffer this situation?

@yarayen I think the watch did not completely install the new firmware. Running the battery all the way down until the watch shuts off should correct this. Alternatively, have you tried either a soft reset? I suspect that will not help.

My last work well firmware is 2.30.38 (so good).
But after I get up at 3/25 (2.33.12 release date), my watch go to automaticly update -> restore -> update -> restore…
May be something wrong during update process.
Therefore, I have sent my watch to the authorized service center.
Hope it can be come back with healthy soon.
BTW, anyone update S9PP to 2.30.38 successfully ?
