Service, Repair defect rotating crown! Great job Suunto!

As on my Race I had problems with clickness and sometimes stucking rotating crown, I sent device by DHL to service center in Finland on MONDAY. My Location is Slovenia. Today (after 3 days) I’ve got message that I’m getting new device and it’s ready to ship. This was just SUPER SONIC FAST!
Great job and all the respect to Support and Service Center in Finland!!! -

@ update. I’m recievineg back, as DHL tracking says, the new device tomorrow,by the end of the day!
So everything, from pick up by DHL, repair/replacement, to back to my home destination, will last 5 workdays!!! SLO>Helsinki>SLO. Still again, applause for super fast intervention by Suunto Support & Service! -
@ppresing I had bubbles on my 9PP HR module. Took less than 2 weeks from US to send, repair, and receive. I was very happy with the service.

…but curious why you’ve had to send it to Finland, when swiss people need to ship their devices to Slovenia…!? -
@freeheeler the official Suunto repair center in Slovenia, didn’t match my expectations. I’ve been informed, that repair will take 10 to 14 workdays. Anyway, they would probably send my Race to Finland, as they would not be able to fix the problem by themselves. As the Master Service in Finland didn’t. They replaced a new unit for me. That’s the reason I’ve sent it directly to master service!

@Mff73 it’s possible. I’ve just made online repair request, got all necessary info and printed post sticker for DHL. Next day courier picked my package and that’s it. Took 5 work days to get it back!
