Trange Sensation, Burning or itching ?
-
Last night, trying to fix my problem of absence of HRV data, I put the watch on the inside of the wrist, where the skin is less dark, since Suunto says that dark skin may interfer with heartrate measures.
I wake up in the middle of the night with a very unpleasant sensation just under the watch, between itching and burning.
I took off the watch immediatly.
This morning the sensation had disappeared. Is it plausible that the light emitted by the watch is causing this ??

Well, who knows, everything is possible maybe you have very sensitive skin … but I would say it’s unlikely.I guess it’s more probable that it’s blocking blood flow and pressing on wrist nerves.
