I’m currently working on a method of creating QR codes for SSI Scuba Dives, from the Garmin FIT files exported from the Suunto App.

I have a Suunto D5 and a linked Suunto Tank POD on my tanks. When I export the dive as a FIT file however, it only contains the data for the Depth and Temperature. This data is needed for the diving, but what I’m missing is the Tank POD data.

At a minimum, I would like to see a TankSummaryMessage output with the dive, but even better would be the TankUpdateMessage entries as the dive progresses.

Is this possible? Am I missing something already?

This release of the Garmin FIT SDK added support for the tank and gas details, as well as dive summary messages which would be a great addition, but I can compile that data already for the most part.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
