I had this on the last FW, it only happened once and I have had no repeat.

@freeheeler I think you need the logs after the watch turn off when charged at 100% ?

exactly. best if you send them immediately, but also worth to try within a day later

@freeheeler Thanks for taking in account the problem. I charged my SV after updating with the new version but it didn’t turn off for a reset. Maybe the next time ?!??

@freeheeler I hope so and I let you know if it is not the case. With the previous firmware, my SV didn’t turn off at every charge.

@peegee it happened to me today twice, after upgrading the latest firmware, 2.33.12… when the watch arrives at 100% it switch off, and to switch on again the watch i have to press de button more than 20 segons otherwise it not switch on…

Same problem. I thought it was when the battery gets to 100% but this time the watch turns off at 87%. This may be the case when I leave the watch in charge for more than an hour without touching the screen…

Will this bug affect map updates? So if there is a map update, because the device shut off while charging you never get the update?

possible, but these events don’t happen often… crashes are not frequent and neither are map updates.
