TSS Incorrect display on each Monday

@tomasbartko Not seeing it on my vertical? This morning showed zero TSS for this week, for me.

@Swaddy61 Can be that not all users are affected, I don’t have this knowledge.

@Swaddy61 Does it depend on the “first day of the week” setting? Some will say Sunday others (like me) set it to Monday. I also have the issue described above.

An odd one, for sure! I am set to Monday being first day, so it isn’t that reason for me (Vertical).

@Tomas-Fejfar Has the watch synced with the app on Monday. If your sleep data are recorded you should see correct TSS.

I have the same issue. I have tracked my sleep. The data is always yesterdays, TSS and the other training metrics on the watch. In the app it’s up to date.

@Brad_Olwin I just opened app, synchronized all data, same result. It means without changes in my watch.

@Tomas-Fejfar I think this is a bug that has been there since the launch. Mostly also the tss etc. scores are not the same as in your app. At least for me and also many users in this forum: only a soft reset or power off and back on helps. I come here to this forum every day to look if there would be any signs fixing this its been already 3 months since the release, I hope and would really appreciate if Suunto could fix this finally… I sold my SR because this bug is that annoying to me. But will be happy to buy one back when the fix is there. Great watch otherwise and the app is so good.

Suunto is too slow to react, this bug should have been fixed some days later, but now it’s almost 3 months… and it was one of the most important feature that was introduced, very disappointed…

As far as I know, this is fixed in testing firmware and will be released in next update.

@renton82 bonne question quand ? Pour ma part pareil sur la vfc plage basse et moyenne pas les mêmes sur la montre et l application de rien 55 sur la montre 57 sur l application rien mais il y a bien un problème de synchronisation entre l’application et la montre

@tomasbartko I am not seeing it on my Vertical currently - but will have to check next Monday - if that is the problematic day.

@isazi thank you for good news. Could you, please, confirm to me, that in testing firmware is correction other mistake which I think is pretty connected with this one? I don´t see TSS today, I have to wait till tomorrow.
This is what I see today.
Training: no activities,
Duration correctly shows time.
App and watches are synchronized. This is my everyday “mistake”. Tomorrow I will see my today´s activity in training and there is no dependency if I synchronize watches and app or not. -

@ggrego Merci pour le conseil, mais je ne pense pas que “le pied doit s’adapter à la chaussure mais la chaussure doit s’adapter au pied”. Je ne redémarrerai pas la montre tous les jours.
