Suunto Coach

In general I really like the Suunto App, much more so than the Coros App I was using before.
Also, the metrics given generally make sense and reflect my own feelings.
As a rule I undersdtand what the Suunto Coach is suggesting too, but in the last few days I have been receiving rather mixed messages, along the line ‘if I want to improve my fitness I should consider increasing the intensity / duration of my training’, then in the next paragraph it is saying ‘you have had very high duration and intensity this week, consider resting over the weekend and doing a bit less next week’.
So now I don’t know if I should be doing more or less next week in order to improve my fitness!
