You’re a genius. My friends keep sending me future routes that they have built using various apps but the Suunto App wouldn’t open them. I opened them like you recommended using movescount, then downloaded them movescount and now it works with the SA. Isn’t that genius? Suunto gets rid of Movescount and tells us to use third party route editors instead, but we still have to import to Movescount first in order to make routes compatible with Suunto App. And what will we do once Movescount is gone? Suunto (via Dimitrios) said that this issue is known and fix awaited. Maybe MC is not reducing points but only “cleaning” gpx header and make the new file accepted by SA. Could you eventually test this gpx manual correction with one of your non read file and see? Like here https://forum.suunto.com/topic/3363/route-plan-using-birdroute-gpx-file-import-problem/12
