Custom training? Pulse or speed warning?
-
 Hi!
 Is it possible to create a custom training for the Suunto 7 like run within a pulse range like between x-y and if it goes lower or higher it vibrates?Or run within a speed range between x-y?

 @kristoffer-rehnstedt You can do this by setting a zone from Intensity zones for Pace, HR or Power. There is also a simple interval set up you can set as well. I don’t know if this answers your question.

 @brad_olwin Great!
 Next question, how do I do it?
-
 afaik this is not possible with the Suunto 7 built in Suunto Wear App.
 Possibly a 3rd party app like Google Fit, Ghost Runner My Sporty Go etc. can do this?The Suunto 5 and 9 also have this functionality.

 @brad_olwin With S7 and SuuntoAPP it is not possible

So sorry, did not see this was in S7, this is not possible but there are a number of third party timing apps that will allow this.

 two quick vibrations: above the MAX user BPMI use interval timer, a great app that gives me that function. so I can sometimes have quite a few apps running

 @r-s-0
 can I ask you to send a link to the application you are writing?

 @egika thank you very much

 @egika that very same! Also, I suggest interval timer app (works great). For speed you can use ghostracer and a previous run or some programmed paced ghost track to follow for different kms and have it in the forefront to keep the speed difference to 0 with the ghost.
